Iglesia ni Soriano, nakarehistro rin sa SEC!

Alam nyo bang ang Iglesia ni Mr. Soriano ay nakarehistro rin sa SEC? 

Maliwanag na maliwanag, isa rin pala itong CORPORATION!

Pero bakit naman kaya kung atakihin nila ang Iglesia ni Cristo tungkol sa pagkakarehistro nito sa Securities and Exchange Commission, at sa pagiging Corporation Sole nito ay ganun ganun na lang? Eh kahit sila rin pala eh ganun din!

At dahil sa KATOTOHANAN ako, sasabihin ko sa inyo na ang Iglesia ni Mr. Soriano ay nakarehistro as "Corporation Aggregate" na isa sa dalawang uri ng Corporation, ang isa nga dito ay ang "Corporation Sole".

Ano ang ipinagkaiba?

Dahil ba na INCORPORATE (registered accordance with law) ibig sabihin BUSINESS AGAD?

"Most corporations sole are church-related (for example, the Archbishop of Canterbury), but some political offices of the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States are also corporations sole." source: wikipedia

Para saan ba itong pag-INCORPORATE sa kaso ng Corporation Sole?

"The concept of corporation sole originated as a means to the orderly transfer of church or religious society property, serving to keep title within the church or religious society. In order to keep the religious property from being treated as the estate of the vicar of the church, the property was titled to the office of the corporation sole."

Mahirap din talaga pag "Corporation Aggregate" o may board of directors, tulad ng nangyari sa Iglesiang kinakaaniban ni Mr. Soriano, di bat nagtatalo talo pa sila kung sino ang uupong kasunod ni Mr. Perez? Andyan yun tiniwalag pa yung ibang board of directors kasama si Mr. Soriano dahil hindi sila magkasundo. Ang resulta, nadadamay ang buong CHURCH sa problema nila, kaya hindi nila nasusunod ang UNITY na sinasabi sa bibliya, NILABAG pa nila ito dahil ang sabi nga:

"I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose." I Cor. 1:10

Wag na wag na tayong magtataka kung pupulutin sa kangkungan o magagaya ang Iglesia ni Mr. Soriano sa ibat ibang Iglesiang nagkahiwa-hiwalay kung si Mr. Soriano ay mawawala o papanaw bilang lider nila.
