After being in the eye of world public because of the construction of to be the World's Largest domed arena--The "Philippine Arena" and the buying of a town in South Dakota, here comes next, as the Iglesia ni Cristo tried to break not just 1 but 3 world records! In commemoration of the church's 98th anniversary, it organized a Lingap sa Mamamayan or "Aid for humanity" in Tondo, Manila where close to 100,000 people went to the medical mission.

Unexpected 3 world records achieved:

1. Largest dental health check for one day
2. biggest number of blood pressure readings taken in eight hours
3. most numerous blood glucose level tests, also within eight hours.

All INC members are proud not boastful about these things because it means to us that God is really helping the church on gaining more and more achievements, all for the glory of Almighty God--The father.

Now, jealous nonmembers are again, and AGAIN, yes, never ending AGAIN, are making disinformation campaign and posting negative comments about it. Others like Catholic defenders and members of the church of Mr. Soriano will make negative articles about this, I AM EXPECTING IT from now but that's not SURPRISING.

They will say, "what's this? a publicity? why does the INC needed to make some publicity just to say it helps people?" Oh my, oh my. These words are just being repeated and posted again and again whenever there is a news about the Church helping others.

The Lingap sa Mamamayan is a socio-civic project of the church which purposed to help members and nonmembers through many ways, like medical, and dental missions. This project all started in the time of Bro. Felix Manalo, click here for the history of Lingap sa Mamamayan.

In the past, this Lingap sa Mamamayan was done yearly and only when great calamities came, but in the time of Bro. Eduardo Manalo, this is done frequently whenever people needs help. And when "Felix Manalo foundation" was created, the outreach project is widen, and more and more people benefiting to this event.

The church did not only aim for the Guinness records, but to help those in needs, as what the representative of Guinness said:

“And it wasn’t just about achieving Guinness world records,” she said, noting that there was treatment and assessment of what was wrong with the people who came to the vast makeshift structure that emulated a hospital setting at the heart of Tondo’s slums."

“I have truly not seen anything like this not just as a representative of Guinness world record, but in my life. I’ve never seen an organization so dedicated to helping other people free of charge all day from 10 past 10 in the morning to 10 past nine at night,” she said.

This event only means that we dont need to become rich to help, we dont need to become the biggest charity or institution in the world to help. Anyone and everybody CAN HELP. This achievement is not only for the Iglesia ni Cristo, but also for us FILIPINOS as well, though we are in the 3rd world country we CAN organize this kind of event, and let make things happen.

The feat was also a win for the Philippines, organizers said.

Before, they criticize the INC for not having a "foundation" or charities that helps people, now when the INC is reaching its hand to people, they still criticize the church like saying what the INC does is only a "publicity".

What other accusation will they spread besides saying LSM is just a "front act" of the church? Lets wait and be unsurprised! Just a friendly reminder:
