Laganap na naman sa internet ang edited na video galing sa ADD upang pasamain ang INC na ito daw ang nagsimula ng gulo, nambugbog at inaakusahan pang mga bayolente ang mga myembro nito.

Tirso G. Lacanilao said this of the alleged refusal of the Ang Dating Daan (ADD) religious group to cooperate with the local authorities in the investigation of a free-for-all scuffle between members of the ADD and the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) at a local fastfood chain here last April 18.

A number of persons were hurt in the melee.

Lacanilao said he immediately ordered Chief Inspector Marcelo Dayag, Apalit chief of police, to send his men at the fastfood chain after he received a call that ADD and INC members were engaged in a debate.

Inspector Ruben Chua, deputy chief, who headed the responding team said he pleaded with the opposing groups to disperse peacefully to "prevent the heated arguments from getting out of hand."

Lacanilao quoted the police as saying a certain "Mataro" then started cursing which led to the free-for-all between the ADD and INC and joined in by bystanders.

"Police presence and immediate action prevented what could have resulted to an even uglier incident," Lacanilao said.

Moulic said he offered the police vehicle to take the injured to the hospital but the ADD members refused.

"Nagbalikan na lang po sila sa kanilang (They just returned to their) convention center," he said.

On orders of Lacanilao, Chua with Moulic and PO1 Maribel Red went to the ADD Convention Center to get the statement of the members involved in the brawl, including those injured.

"Hindi po kami pinapasok sa compound (We were not allowed to enter the compound)," Moulic said.

Policemen, also ordered by the mayor to go to the INC church, were able to get the statement of those involved and presented themselves to the police station to affirm their statements.

Sun.Star Pampanga wasn't able to get the side of the ADD as reporters are refused entry at the ADD compound by a guard who declined to identify himself.

Religious confrontation gets physical in Apalit

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Followers of warring religious sects Ang Dating Daan and Iglesia ni Cristo were injured after a clash inside a Jollibee outlet in Apalit town last April 18 during a scheduled religious debate.

Apalit Mayor Tirso Lacanilao said yesterday that police have yet to determine the cause of the melee between the two factions.

Lacanilao said that “scores were injured” during the brief clash between the two religious sects who have been at odds for the past few years. He reported that no one was killed in the incident.

He reported that there were no serious injuries and followers of both sects only suffered minor bruises.

Ang Dating Daan and Iglesia Ni Cristo have been trading accusations in their respective television programs. This has even led to an exchange of lawsuits.

Reports said that an ADD follower identified only as “Mataro” provoked INC followers, which resulted in the brawl.

Yun naman pala, hindi naman pala talaga ang INC members ang nauna, kundi yung ADD member na si Mr. Mataro, kaso bias lang talaga yung pinaka unang video, mapapaniwala ka na SILA LANG ANG NASAKTAN AT NABUGBOG. Parehas pala ang taktika ng CFD ng Catholic Church at ADD members ni Mr. Soriano, sila ang madalas na may dala ng kamera, tapos ieedit nila para sa kanila pumabor at kumampi yung mga manonood! WOW, TACTIC!

Sabi nga ni Mr. Thompson na 7th day adventist sa isang debate laban sa INC noong Aug. 2006:

"Kaya alam nyo sa totoo lang, ewan ko nga ba kung bakit ang ibang samahan ng pananampalataya eh takot na takot makipagdebate sa mga kapatid nating Iglesia ni Cristo, eh sa totoo lang yung sinasabi nilang nanggugulo, pangatlong beses na ito kahit kurot wala tayong inaabot eh.

Uulitin ko yung sinabi ko noong 2001, Mr. Soriano kung nasaan kaman, baka pwede mong pagbigyan ng isang maginoong usapan ang ating mga kaibigan at mga kapatid na Iglesia ni Cristo. 2001 ko pang nirerequest yan eh hanggang ngayon wala pa ring nangyayari"...

Eliseo Soriano challenged Bro. Erano Manalo on a debate!

I really admire Mr. Soriano for his braveness on challenging the late Executive Minister Bro. Erano Manalo on a one on one debate. I admire how intelligent he is, imagining that he knows that his challenge will not be given attention by Bro. Erano Manalo. The result is, the public and nonmembers thought that Bro. Erano Manalo was a coward, and cannot face Mr. Soriano on a debate, making his hidden intention a success!


Is this TRUE, that Bro. Erano was a coward?

I think even i say no, they will still say YES.
But i should tell the truth, the FACT is NO.

But before ill explain this, i will show you first the true happenings before Eliseo Soriano challenged the late Bro. Erano Manalo...

"On March 3, 2004 a scheduled Pre-debate Conference was supposed to happen in residence on a subdivision in Paranque City, three (3) ADD workers confirmed to the said agreement, Marcos Mataro, Melvin Arbo and Jun Damimo but on the date of agreement there were no ADD workers found on site, the INC ministers waited until 6:00PM.

What happened in the pre-debate conference in Paranaque?

On April 26, 2004 another scheduled Pre-debate Conference was supposed to be held in Capaz, Tarlac, at 3:00PM but there are no ADD worker present despite of the agreement 4 days before that they’ll meet. The meeting was signed my Manny Antonio an ADD worker and Abraham Cruz of the INC. INC Ministers Michael Sandoval even tries to contact the ADD and told them that they will go where they are so that the pre-debate would push through; the ADD Minister Mel Magdaraog however cannot answer the request. The Mayor of the town who supposed to be the arbiter postpones his election campaign for the day just to be there but no ADD member was there, he just told the ADD that he’ll not grant any other request from the group if their attitude is that rude."

And because of this events, ADD members now INC members became upset that makes ADD workers/ministers of Mr. Soriano, the REAL COWARD. A former ADD church worker's observation:

Then in March 27, 2005 Eliseo Soriano challenged the INC again but in this time, he wanted Bro. Erano Manalo, a "puno sa puno" one on one debate. His challenge is published in a national newspaper, but the funny thing here is that he wanted the debate to happen in television studios that will be covered live worlwide via satellite as what he said, instead of challenging Bro. Erano on a formal public debate. WOW.

He also said in the newspaper that he is waiting for the INC's reply for the discussion of mechanics. The INC's reply was published in March 28, 2005 saying "for the Iglesia ni Cristo's response watch Ang Tamang Daan". In the same day the response was broadcasted in INC's program saying "Ang sagot sayo ganito, makipagdebate ka muna sa papa ng Iglesia Katolika, at maglalatin ka nga sinasabi ko sayo, saka tatanggapin ang hamon ng tagapamahalang pangkalahatan ng Iglesia ni Cristo."

Why do you think Bro. Erano Manalo's reply is in that way? Does that mean he is feared on debating Soriano one on one?

It is not the job of the Executive Minister to be a debater, that's why INC ministers are the one's who wanted to represent the INC on a debate (not just ministers, but selected ministers because they needed authorization from the Church administration), the INC's official public debaters were Bro. Jose Ventilation and Bro. Ramil Parba. Accepting the challenge of Eliseo Soriano on his "puno sa puno" version of the debate is but a question of authority. I think that is the reason why Bro. Erano said that Eliseo Soriano should first challenge the Pope on a debate, and IF the Pope agreed, it is when Bro. Erano will also agree on Soriano's challenge.

Come to think, the Pope is not a debater of the Catholic Church, their official debaters were apologists and not Popes. It is also same with other religious organizations, their debaters is not the present executive minister, presiding minister, highest leader, president and so on, the one who does that is their official debaters.

If you go to MCGI's website, it is said that their Presiding Minister "supervises the entire activity of the Church and implements all policies and projects aimed for the improvement of the Congregation’s spiritual well-being. He ensures the proper and rightful execution of the duties and responsibilities of the Ministers and officials of Church ministries and organizations.

He also teaches the Ministers and Workers all the doctrines of Christ in the Bible to be taught to the members."

In the case of Soriano, he is not just a Presiding Minister, he is also a debater, preacher, blogger, celebrity, treasurer(mahilig manghingi ng abuloy), softdrinks dealer, owner of different businesses like sizzling house, water station and etc.



Does the late Bro. Erano Manalo hiding like a coward?

Bro. Erano Manalo only do what his job states and requires, the job of an Executive Minister is described above as:"many of which go unnoticed because they occur behind the scenes." So, when Soriano brainwashed and corrupted the minds of his followers saying that Bro. Erano WAS HIDING only because he did not do what Soriano is doing, like preaching on t.v and in public, well that's a DECEPTION and a lie, as Executive Ministers' works "occur behind the scenes"!

Bro. Erano Manalo is not a coward in debates, in fact, when he is not yet an Executive Minister, he is a public speaker and a debater:

IF ONLY, yes, IF ONLY Bro. Felix Manalo is still living, Soriano's church is now vanished because of Soriano's defeat in a debate. It is unfair if it will be a Sugo of ADD vs. 2nd executive minister of the INC, it should be Sugo of ADD vs. True Sugo of God which is the 1st Executive Minister of the INC. We all know that the preaching of Bro. Felix in the past is more of bible expositions/rallies and debates with different pastors in different religions, as what Soriano IS STILL DOING. If Soriano have lived in the time of Bro. Felix, Soriano is truly be ashamed.

"On March 29, 2005 in Tanauan, Batangas a Pre-debate conference is already in progress when Rodel Mangiliman an ADD MIC came to stop the pre-debate conference, initially he accepts the challenge but as the rules are about to be discussed they keep on trying to change the theme and doesn’t want to accept any rules that was set. The arbiter then quits saying that if the ADD will not agree to anything then there will not be any debate. In this incident it is noticeable also that when the INC Minister tries to greet the ADD workers thru shake hands they refuse then just leave."

After challenging Bro. Erano Manalo in a debate in March 27, 2005 , but as it is impossible to happen, Bro. Ramil challenge Soriano that he is the one to represent the INC and not the Executive Minister, the conditions:

In the next video, another INC minister, Bro. Ventilation challenge Soriano in a formal debate but he refused, instead he insist that he wanted the Executive Minister to be in the debate. Another INC minister in the video, Bro. Jojo Geron attended an ADD gathering where he challenge Soriano on a debate, Soriano said "Aminin mo munang makikipagdiskusyon ka sasagutin kita", But the poor Soriano feared the debate between him and the Iglesia ni Cristo, he then said "tignan mo, may sinabi ba kong makikipagdiskusyon ang Iglesia? Wala nun!"

hahaha, who is the true COWARD? As ive said earlier, i really admire the intelligence of Soriano using the advantage of challenging Bro. Erano Manalo on a one on one "PUNO SA PUNO" debate (not public debate) instead of challenging the official INC debaters, as he KNOWS that Bro. Erano will not accept it immediately. It will be a shameful event in the side of the INC if Bro. Erano had accepted the challenge, because no religious leaders around the world would give attention to Soriano's craziness.

The work of the executive minister is not to preach on television, not to debate to anybody. He is the 'tagapamahalang pangkalahatan', he is the administrator of the whole church, overseeing the church, and so on.

Like the president of the Philippines, his/her work is not for him to attend everyone's needs, go to every province to check each one of us... no, no, no! Instead of it, he/she assigned someone to do tasks that he/she cannot do byhis/herself! that's why we have government officials!
And in the INC, it is the same, it is not the administrator's task to preach on every locale, preach on t.v and so on. do you get my point?
It is not like Soriano, because his church is still a minority, he is the one who preach on t.v and because even he assigned members to do what he does, ofcourse they cannot do it, the question and answer task. hehe!

Members of Soriano's church recognize him as a messenger of god that's why he is the one who preaches, on the other hand, the INC recognize Bro. Felix Manalo as God's messenger in these last days, and the work of preaching is DONE by the last messenger of GOD! He is done on what Soriano still doing!
There is assigned to do public debates! I think this generation, we have Bro. Jose Ventilation and Bro. Ramil Parba. If Eliseo Soriano cannot face our ministers to a debate, how can it be to the ADMINISTRATOR OF THE CHURCH?

From Teofilo Ora

On May 1922, former members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, Teofilo Ora, Januario Ponce and Basilio Santiago gather some members of the Iglesia ni Cristo formally separating from the church. Several months later, they name the Church

(English Translation: Church of God in Christ Jesus)

That same year, Nicholas Perez became a member and preacher of this group at Maragondon, Cavite. In 1928, Nicholas Perez became its General Evangelist and soon sought the leadership of the group but was denied by Teofilo Ora. Some other members of the Teofilo Ora led church left and established their own churches. Ponciano Bungay established the Iglesia Ni Cristo sa Ibabaw ng Bato in 1932 while Basilio Santiago established the Church of God in Christ Jesus in 1949 and Salvador Payawal established the Kabanal-banalang Iglesia Ng Diyos.

In 1931, Nicholas Perez with Avelino Santiago left and started their group called

Iglesia ng Diyos kay Kristo Hesus
(English Translation: Church of God in Christ Jesus, Pillar and Support of The Truth).

According to Eliseo Soriano, Nicholas Perez was already preaching this Church way back in 1928 at Pulilan, Bulacan but according to INC sources, Nicholas Perez was still with the Iglesia ng Diyos kay Kristo Hesus founded by Ora. It was not until December 10, 1936 that the Church of Nicholas Perez, Iglesia ng Diyos kay Cristo Hesus was officially registered in the Bureau of Commerce and Industry. In 1954, Avelino Santiago, Nicholas Perez’ co-founder of Iglesia ng Diyos kay Cristo Hesus Haligi at Suhay ng Katotohanan left the group and established his own church, Iglesia ng Diyos na Buhay kay Kristo Hesus.


To Eliseo Soriano
After the death of Nicholas Perez, a woman named Levita Gugulan was appointed to lead the Iglesia ng Dios kay Kristo Hesus, Haligi at Suhay ng Katotohanan as the Church Presiding Minister. Eliseo Soriano was a signatory on July 11, 1975 to the appointment of Gugulan. A month after, he again signed a memorandum stating that anyone who opposes their Church administration will be suspended and expelled. On January 2, 1976, Eliseo Soriano was then appointed by Levita Gugulan as one of their church’s Board of Directors. There were fifteen members of the Board. On February 21, 1976, he was expelled together with sixteen other members for inciting rebellion inside the church and teaching doctrines contrary to their beliefs. Soriano maintains that he was not expelled but voluntarily left his church as he firmly believes that a woman should not lead the church according to the bible.

It is because he HIMSELF explain it by saying Ang Dating Daan is a RELIGION!

Okay. So, a PREACHER who is very brave when answering questions always having contradictions? It is like 1 question, 3 different answers in different events? hmmm??





See? So ashaming! For i will conclude that there is no unity among the doctrines in the church he founded for his personal interests!

Frankly speaking, it is very convincing to join a church whose teacher/minister/priest and whatever it is called, can answer all of your questions concerning religion... Especially this church of Eliseo Soriano, called "Members church of god international" that attracts many because of Eli's style of preaching and answering questions coming from the guests.

BUT, it is a STRANGE THING that whatever you ask to him, it can be answered especially nonsense questions that is not such related to the religion.^_^ RIGHT? Lets say, YES. Questions were answered by him, but the question is, are his ANSWERS right? okay. that's the BIG THING! If his answers are all correct... And because Eli answered questions from the guets, they also claim that the answers were all straight or directly from the BIBLE. Hmmm. Let us see!

Another... Who is he to claim that he was the wise man and that he able to answer any questions using the bible? And the kind of answering questions and preaching of him is like he is brighter than Einstein and that he cannot have any mistakes? Tsk. Tsk. How could he? That the truth is, he cannot even finished his highschool and the funny thing is, "With his parents eagerly convincing him to go to school, he finally entered at the age of eight, but he skipped his classes and escaped his teachers." The persecution to the Iglesia Ni Cristo

Every pioneer members/ministers and etc. in the Iglesia ni cristo, Church of Christ knows how the church suffered from the great persecution coming from nonmembers. Since then its very beginning and until now, the church and members not only having persecuted but also have been discriminate by other faiths in many aspect.

There were stories that in the time of Bro. Felix Manalo's and even ministers preaching in the worship service, that the roof of the house of worship were being thrown by stones. And in the side of the members, others were also being thrown not just by stones but also negative comments and they were being hated. And so many stories that you cant even imagine that was overcome by the INC and its members!

(Nowadays, the groups/people who still doing this most were the Cathholics, especially the Catholic faith defenders and Members of the church of Eli Soriano [MCGI] and other faiths.) How? By making articles using propaganda materials and specially through the use of the Internet or web... Many blogs and sites of these anti-INC people contains accusations, destructive opinions, lies and everything. Why? Very simple. They want others to have a bad impression to the INC as well as its members. Other reason? Because they get envy because of how far the Iglesia Ni Cristo accomplished as it is being a small group with few members but now, the INC spreads in 92 countries and 100+ nationalities! (That's how God guide and still guiding the church)

But we, as the members of the Church of Christ were not surprised in all of these, why? it is because the bible itself testifies:

"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved. " Matt 10: 22

We know that we will also suffer being hated by other. Because it is Lord Jesus Christ first who suffered all of these:

"If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first." John 15:18

And we, as the members of Christ's Church doing God's will wants to be saved.

"In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted," II tim. 3:12

BUT, should we be ashamed because of these?

"But if you suffer because you are a Christian, do not be ashamed. Praise God because you wear that name." I pet. 4:16

Clearly, we should not be ashamed instead, we must be thankful coz' we are in the Church of Christ and that we are called Christian because we are member of Christ's body or Church. (Church of Christ --> ...rch of Christ --> CHRISTian)

Also because we will be blessed,

"People will insult you and hurt you. They will lie and say all kinds of evil things about you because you follow me. But when they do, you will be blessed." Matt. 5:11

"Rejoice and be glad, because you have a great reward waiting for you in heaven. People did the same evil things to the prophets who lived before you." Matt. 5:12

"When people insult you because you follow Christ, you are blessed, because the glorious Spirit, the Spirit of God, is with you." I Pet. 4:14

Another, we should not afraid of our enemies, because those will be destroyed and that we will be saved.

"and that you are not afraid of those who are against you. All of this is proof that your enemies will be destroyed but that you will be saved by God." Phil. 1:28

Lets go back on being ashamed, and it is answered, we should not be, because the one should be ASHAMED were:

"Those who worship idols should be ashamed; they brag about their gods.
All the gods should worship the Lord. " Psalms 97:7

Why idol worshipers should be ashamed? Because they changed the glory of god in CULT-IMAGES!

"Claiming to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man, birds, four-footed animals, and reptiles."

And what?

"They traded the truth of God for a lie. They worshiped and served what had been created instead of the God who created those things, who should be praised forever. Amen." Rom. 1:25

OKAY, Very clear, again, the one who SHOULD be ashamed is those who WORSHIP IMAGES because they traded the truth for a LIE! They made statues/images and worship it rather than the CREATOR OF LIFE(God, the father)!

Ask this to yourself, "Do i feel guilty for this?"
