Magkano ang gastos ng Iglesia ni Cristo sa pagpapatayo ng mga gusaling sambahan?

Marami ang nag aakusa sa Iglesia ni Cristo na ang mga handog daw naming mga miyembro ay kinukurakot lang ng mga ministro o kaya naman ay napupunta lang sa bulsa ng mga "Manalo". Ito daw relihiyon na ito ay negosyo lang nila para sila ay yumaman, magpakasasa sa pera at magpakaginhawa sa buhay. 

Mahirap na nga daw ang mga miyembro eh lalo pa nila itong pinapahirapan dahil sa mga handog na KUSANG LOOB na binibigay ng mga ito, kaya sinasabihan nila kami na na-brainwashed kami at mga uto-uto.

Nagtataka naman ako dahil mag 100 years na ang Iglesia ni Cristo pero wala ni isa ang may ebidensya na may mga mansyon ang mga "Manalo", magagarang mga sasakyan, properties at milyon milyong pera sa kanilang bank accounts.

Sasabihin nila, meron, nalathala nga sa dyaryo ang title "Erano Manalo: A billionaire preacher".

-Weh? Title lang naman yon, pero kung babasahin mo ang nilalaman nung artikulong yon, sinabi na ang mayaman, at may mga property ay ang IGLESIA NI CRISTO at hindi si Ka Erano Manalo. As a corporation sole, lahat ng properties at pera ay napupunta at nakapangalan sa IGLESIA NI CRISTO at hindi sa mga "MANALO".

Sasabihin naman, meron silang magagarang kotse no! Nakita ko, parang Presidente nga eh kala mo may parade, nakasakay sa kulay itim na sasakyan, hindi ba mamahaling mga sasakyan yon? 

-Weh? Para sa kaalaman nyo hindi lang naman ang Executive Minister ang gumagamit ng mga ganoong sasakyan (wala akong alam sa sasakyan kaya hindi ko alam kung anung klase yung mga yon na kulay black^^) kundi pati mga District Ministers pag nangangasiwa sila sa ibang mga lokal, at meron din silang escort. Ito ay for security reasons at hindi para ipakita na mayayaman sila o VVIP (very very important person).

Ibabanat pa ng ilan, eh diba maraming properties ang Iglesia ni Cristo, sino ba ang nagtayo ng Iglesia nyo, di ba si "Manalo" eh di ibig sabihin kay "Manalo" din yung mga pag-aari ng Iglesia.

-Weh? Si Kristo ang nagtayo ng Iglesia ni Cristo. Si Ka Felix Manalo ay instrumento lamang sa pagtatatag muli ng Iglesiang natalikod. Tulad nga ng sabi ko, lahat ng ari-arian ng Iglesia ay hindi nakapangalan sa mga "Manalo". 

Ang mga ari-arian naman ng Iglesia ni Mr. Soriano ay nakapangalan sa lider nila.


Hindi ba kayo nagtataka?

Ang akusasyon kasi ng mga kinakasangkapan ng Diyablo sa Iglesia ni Cristo ay binubulsa lang ng mga ministro at ng mga "Manalo" ang pera ng mga myembro. 

Kung may korapsyong nagaganap sa Iglesia...

Saan galing ang pera sa pagpapatayo ng hindi basta basta "kapilya" kundi MAGAGARANG KAPILYA?

Saan galing ang pera sa pagbili ng mga properties abroad para maging kapilya at district office?

Saan galing ang pera sa pagpaparenovate ng mga kapilya?

Saan galing ang pera sa iba pang ipinapatayong gusali tulad ng Philippine Arena at iba pa?

Saan... Saan... Saan... ???

Eh sa handog lang naman ng mga miyembro kinukuha ang mga iyon, hindi naman tumatanggap ang INC ng pera galing sa pulitiko, sa gobyerno, sa sugal at iba pa. Wala rin namang mga investments sa mga business ang INC o may business ang INC para makatulong sa gastos para dito...


Magkano?

Yan ang tanong ng ilang curious kung magkano nga ba ang gastos sa mga nabanggit sa itaas... Kahit nga ako eh curious din naman, buti na lang at merong ilan akong nahanap na impormasyon tungkol dito.

Ang Lokal ng Araneta ay may seating capacity na 1,000 at naitalaga noong November 2009.
Ang lupang kinatatayuan nito ay may lawak na 3,327 square meter. Nabili ito ng Iglesia noong April 1996 sa halagang halos 50 million pesos. Ang building cost nito ay 52 million pesos.

Ibig sabihin, nagkakahalaga ang lokal ng Araneta ng higit 100 million pesos.

Ang Lokal ng Valenzuela ay may seating capacity na 1,200 at naitalaga noong November 2011. Ang lupang kinatatayuan nito ay may lawak na 5,004 square meter. Ang building cost nito ay 85 million pesos hindi pa kasama ang presyo ng lupa.

Ang GENERAL RENOVATION ng Lokal ng Pasay ayon sa wikimapia.org ay may budget na 50 million pesos, ayon naman sa isang kapatid na nagpost sa blog ko ay sa tulong ng ibang lokal, nagkaroon ito ng 100 million peso budget. Renovation po ang pinag uusapan, hindi pagtatayo ng gusali. 

Ang Lokal ng Los Angeles, California ay naitalaga noong March 2011. Ang project cost nito ay $7,6000,000 o mahigit 300 million pesos. Hindi pa kasama dito ang presyo ng lupa at ang mga materials tulad ng chandeliers (na milyon din ang halaga) at iba pa.

Nabili ng Iglesia ang simbahan ng Evangelical Lutheran Church sa Bronx, New York sa halagang $2,459,923.50 o mahigit 105 million pesos at ang renovation ay umabot ng $711,363.51 o mahigit 30 million pesos. Ang Lokal ng Bronx ay naitalaga noong Dec. 2012.

Ibig sabihin, ang Lokal ng Bronx New York ay nagkakahalaga ng mahigit 130 million pesos.

Nabili ng Iglesia ang property ng St. constantine and Greek Orthodox Church sa halagang $9.2 million o humigit kumulang 400 million pesos noong Nov. 2012. Hindi pa kasama dito ang renovation cost. Ito ay ang Lokal ng Washington D.C na naitalaga noong Dec. 2012.

Ang Philippine Arena pa lamang ay nagkakahalaga na ng $213 million o higit 9 billion pesos. Paano pa kaya ang iba pang mga gusaling ipinapatayo at itatayo sa Ciudad de Victoria?

Billiong piso ang gastos ng Iglesia sa pagpapatayo ng mga gusaling sambahan kada taon sa PILIPINAS PA LAMANG. Kung isasama ang sa ibang bansa na alam naman nating mas mahal ang halaga, kayo na bahalang mag-isip...

Ngayon, ang tanong, kung NAKUKURAKOT lang ang pera ng mga miyembro ng Iglesia ni Cristo, bakit walang tigil ang naipatatayong mga gusaling sambahan? Saan galing ang pera sa pagtulong sa mga kababayan tulad ng Lingap sa Mamamayan at Kabayan ko Kapatid ko na libo libong mga tao ang nakikinabang? Paano na mamaintain ang mga kapilya ng Iglesia ni Cristo kung binubulsa lamang ito ng mga ministro?

May nagaganap nga bang KORAPSYON sa Iglesia ni Cristo o sa relihiyon mo iyon nangyayari?

Ano ba talagang gusto nyo? [updated]

Hindi ko talaga maintindihan ang mga asar na asar at inggit na inggit sa INC sa di malamang kadahilanan. Hindi ko alam kung sila bay sincere sa sinasabi nilang opinyon o gumagawa lang talaga sila ng palusot para lang kontrahin ang Iglesia ni Cristo.

Sinasabi ng ilan (may alam na katoliko), bakit nyo ginagamit ang bibliya namin hindi naman sa inyo yan, sa amin yan, eh kung gumawa kaya kayo ng sarili nyong bibliya! (sariling version/translation)

Sasabihin din ng ilan (ignoranteng katoliko), kaya tumutugma ang aral nyo sa bibliya kasi sarili nyong bibliya yan eh! Dapat ang gamitin nyo eh bibliya namin para patas!

Ano ba talaga?

Ano ba talaga ang mas okay para sa inyo, ang gumawa ang INC ng sariling bersyon ng bibliya o hindi?

Pag gumawa naman ang INC ng sariling bersyon ng bibliya ang sasabihin nyo, eh sarili nyong bibliya yan eh, kaya gagawin nyo yan para umayon sa doktrina nyo... Kapag naman walang sariling bibliya ang sasabihin nyo naman, Eh di gumawa kayo ng sarili nyo bakit kayo nakikigamit?

Sinasabi ng ilan, bakit naman ang kinukuha nyong mga artista eh mga katoliko, eh movie nyo yan eh dapat puro Iglesia ni Cristo lang ang gaganap dyan!

Sasabihin din ng ilan, bakit hindi mga ka myembro nyo ang gumanap dyan? Kinakahiya nyo ba ang mga artistang Iglesia ni Cristo?

Ano ba talaga?

Ano ba talaga ang mas okay para sa inyo, ang mag hire ng mga artista ang Iglesia ni Cristo kahit hindi kamyembro o puro Iglesia ni Cristo lang ang gaganap?

Pag nag hire ng mga di-INC member naman para sa pelikula ang sasabihin niyo eh INC movie yon kaya dapat INC members din gaganap, ang sabi pa ng ilan, bakit ganyan, ang title eh "ANG SUGO" pero puro katoliko ang bida... Kapag naman puro myembro lang ang gaganap sasabihin nyo naman, sino naman kaya ang matyatyagang manood sa pelikula nyo, eh hindi naman ganun na mga kasikat ang artistang myembro nyo!


PHILIPPINE ARENA

Sinasabi ng ilan, dapat payagan nila for all concerts/religious assemblies ang arena na ito tutal ipinangalan ito sa bansa natin! Hindi ba isang kadamutan nyo kung hindi pwede ang catholic assemblies/ protestant assemblies dito? Eh kung si Lady Gaga, hindi nyo papayagan?

Sasabihin din ng ilan, kung papayagan nila ang kahit sino na magperform at gumamit ng arena nila kahit ibang pananampalataya, hindi ba ito magiging AGAINST sa kanilang paniniwala? Di ba Iglesia ni Cristo ang may-ari nito? Bakit nila papayagan, tutal sila na mismo ang nagpapatakwil sa mga maling aral ng mga ito?

Ano ba talaga?

Ano ba talaga ang mas okay para sa inyo, ang payagan ang kahit sino na magperform at gumamit ng arena o PILI lamang ng Iglesia ni Cristo?

Pag hindi pinayagan ang religious assemblies at concerts sasabihin nyo sakim kami dahil pinangalan sa bansa natin pero hindi naman pinapagamit sa lahat... Kapag naman pinayagan ang lahat, bukas sa lahat ang paggamit ng arena ang sasabihin nyo naman eh AGAINST ito sa paniniwala namin, na bakit daw namin ito pinapagamit sa mga ganoong events eh labag ito sa mga aral na itinuturo ng INC.


BLOC VOTING

Sinasabi ng ilan, kaya lang naman nananalo ang mga ibinoboto nyo dahil umaasa kayo sa survey, bukod sa pansariling survey na ginagawa nyo, sinusuportahan nyo yung mga popular at sa tingin nyong mananalo sa survey, kaya kalokohan yang bloc voting nyo!
 
Sasabihin din ng ilan, wala naman talaga kayong kaisahan sa pagboto, gawa gawa nyo lang yan! Tignan mo, mapa national o local elections may mga sinusuportahan ang Iglesia na hindi naman nananalo! 2.3% lang naman kayo ng populasyon ng Pilipinas kaya hanggang panaginip na lang kayo!

Ano ba talaga?

Naniniwala ba talaga kayong may kaisahan sa pagboto ang INC o hindi?

Pag nanalo ang mga sinuportahan ng INC ang sasabihin nyo, dahil binase lang ito sa resulta ng mga survey sa TV at sa sarili naming survey, sasabihin nyo pa na kesyo nagpapagamit kami sa mga pulitiko, na kesyo uto uto kami kasi sumusunod kami sa leader namin at kayo hindi, na kesyo may bayad yung suporta namin sa mga kandidato at marami pang iba... Kapag naman natalo ang sinuportahan ng INC ang sasabihin nyo wala naman talaga kaming kaisahan sa pagboto, imbento lang yon para lumakas ang political influence ng INC pero sa huli talo din ang mga kandidato at hindi lahat eh sumusunod sa kaisahan kaya talagang mahina ang kaisahan sa Iglesia... 


BUILDING OF HOUSES OF WORSHIP

Sinasabi ng ilan, bakit kayo nagpapatayo ng milyon milyong pisong halaga ng mga kapilya nyo eh di ba nga malapit na ang araw ng paghuhukom, gugunawin din yan, sinasayang nyo lang ang pera ng mga myembro nyo, di bat mas mabuting ibigay nyo na lang yan sa mahihirap?

Sasabihin naman ng ilan kapag hindi na nila napapansing nagpapatayo ng kapilya ang INC, asan na ang pera ng mga miyembro nyo? nako, nilimas na ng mga manalo at mga ministro nyo, ayaw nyo pang umalis diyan hinuhuthutan lang naman kayo ng pera ng mga yan, pinapayaman nyo lang ang mga manalo eh! 

Ano ba talaga?

Gagastos ba ang INC para sa mga ito para sa kapurihan ng Diyos, o hindi?

Pag nagpapatayo ang INC ng mga kapilya at ibat ibang proyekto dapat ipamigay na lang sa mahihirap ang pera dahil kasama rin naman itong magugunaw pagdating ng paghuhukom... Pag naman mapapansin nyong hindi na nagtatayo ang INC ng mga ganito ang sasabihin nyo bunubulsa na ng mga ministro at ng mga "Manalo" ang mga pera namin...


MEMBERS' OBEDIENCE

Sinasabi ng ilan, bakit ba ninyo sinusunod ang pamamahala nyo? Wala ba kayong sariling utak? Bakit masyado kayong panatiko na kapag sinabihan kayo ng ganito eh susundin nyo agad? Halatang halata naman na binibrainwash lang kayo ng mga ministro nyo eh, eto naman kayo, uto-uto!

Sasabihin naman ng ilan kapag hindi na ganoon ang pagiging masunurin ng mga miyembro, oh, akala ko ba may pagkakaisa kayo? Bakit hindi nyo sundin ang namamahala sa inyo, di bat nakasulat yun sa bibliya? Isa lang ang ibig sabihin niyan, hindi kayo sa Diyos dahil hindi kayo marunong sumunod!

Ano ba talaga?

Susunod ba ang mga myembro sa mga kinikilala naming Diyos ang nagbigay ng tungkulin o hindi?

Pag sinunod namin sila ang sasabihin nyo na BRAINWASH kami, kapag naman hindi kami sumunod sasabihin nyong hindi kami naturuan ng aral dahil mismong myembro ayaw sumunod sa leader o sa mga ministro namin.


DOCTRINES AND PRACTICES

Sinasabi ng ilan kapag napansin nila na may pagkakatulad ang doktrina ng INC sa ibang relihiyon, ano ba yan, mga wala kayong originality! Kinopya nyo lang ang mga aral nyo sa ibang relihiyon eh, gaya gaya lang kayo nanghiram lang kayo ng aral sa iba nakakahiya naman ang sugo nyo!

Sasabihin naman ng ilan kapag napansin nila ang ilang doktrina sa INC na unique, walang katulad sa ibang relihiyon... Kaya walang kaperaha ang ilan sa doktrina nyo kasi pansarili at maling pag intindi yan ng mga ministro nyo! Inimbento lang yan ng pamamahala nyo eh, tulad ng bloc voting... Kulto talaga kayo dahil hindi kayo sumunod sa mga doktrinang Kristiyano!

Ano ba talaga?

Kailangan bang maging unique ang doktrina ng INC o kailangan may kapareha sa ibang relihiyon?

Kapag may kaparehang doktrina sa ibang relihiyon ang sasabihin nyo nangopya lang kami, pag kakaiba naman ang doktrina sasabihin nyo inimbento lang, wala na sa bibliya di pa makakristyano...

An INC chapel

This is one of the modern INC chapels that being built in the country. Almost 100 houses of worship are dedicated to God yearly in the Philippines alone. From the local congregation of Valenzuela, District of Metro Manila North, dedicated to God in Nov. 11, 2011, a beautiful house of worship shot in HD.

A 84 million peso house of worship with a seating capacity of 1,200 here you go...

We are proud of these chapels as always been criticized by nonmembers and jealous ones, that the money spent on these came from the voluntary offerings of the members, not by 10% tithing or came from government officials or came from donations and especially we are not going to streets or markets to ask donations from nonmembers.

One of the criticism on building houses of worship, they say "why dont donate the money to the poor?" and the offerings are also criticized like saying "ohh, the ministers and the manalo family is taking your money!".

These are all lies, obviously. But whatever you say still the truth remains, the church is spending the offerings of its members in a good way and never it is spent on a wrong way. The INC is building houses of worship around the world not for our own happiness but always dedicated and for the glory of GOD, the FATHER.

I just noticed that architectural designs of INC chapels are becoming more and more beautiful, to the INC engineering department, great job! See the ceilings? Without bias or anything i think the INC is now surpassing or just able to "level" Catholic Churches interior design in the Philippines. As you may notice the ceilings of INC chapels in the past were plain and doesnt have such innovations if you will compare to this modern, elegant and magnificent design of the locale of Pembo.

This is a part of the 96th anniversary of the Iglesia ni Cristo, Church of Christ celebration. Giving birth to Europe Main office, and now the Western & Eastern Canada District.

Two new districts abroad!

The congregations in Canada have “leveled up”.

After being supervised by US-based district offices for many years, in God’s time, all 29 congregations within the Canadian border have recently been regrouped to form two new ecclesiastical districts.

Eastern Canada District

Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo, the executive minister, recently approved the establishment of the districts of Eastern Canada and Western Canada. These districts will now supervise the growing number of congregations in this vast northern part of America.

Comprising the greater part of the western Canada District are 15 congregations in the Canadian boroughs of Alberta and British Columbia which formerly under the supervision of the Pacific Northwest District.

Joining them in the new district are the congregations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan which used to be supervised by the Northern Midwest District.

Western Canada District

On the other side, the 12 congregations in the boroughs of Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick now compose the newly formed Eastern Canada District. All of the said congregations had been part of the Northeastern seaboard District, except for the Windsor GWS which also used to be under Northern Midwest District.

Bro. Paterno See, previously the district minister of Australia-Oceania, was appointed as the first district minister of Western Canada with Bro. Rolando Gaviola to assist him as the district secretary. The Eastern Canada District has Bro. Serreno, who assigned in Southern Califronia, in that same capacity, has Bro. Rolando Parto to assist him as the district secretary.

In the meantime, the Western Canada District Office is situated at the Church’s house of worship compound in Burnaby, British Columbia. The eastern Canada district, meanwhile, temporarily holds its office in the Church’s property in Scarborough.

“With this development, the Church is eyeing brighter prospects in the Church’s expansion not only in Canada but also all over the world.” says Bro. Isaias Samson Jr., secretary of Foreign Mission.

The house of worship

"...build the Temple. Then I will be pleased
with it and be honored," says the Lord" haggai 1:8

Nonmembers attacks the INC doctrine about building houses of worship. These people will quote Acts 17:24 and II Chro. 2:6, argue that the house of worship cannot be the dwelling place of God:

"The God who made the whole world and everything in it is the Lord of the land and the sky. He does not live in temples built by human hands."

"But no one can really build a house for our God. Not even the highest of heavens can hold him. How then can I build a temple for him except as a place to burn sacrifices to him?"

Clearly stated in the said verses that god does not dwell in temples made by man. And, the builder of the first temple, king solomon of Israel, says that heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain god.

QUESTION: As this case, in what sense is the house of worship the house of God?

ANSWER: Lets read II Chr. 7:16 that says,

"I have chosen this Temple and made it holy. So I will be worshiped there forever. Yes, I will always watch over it and love it."

There is no saying the fact that no house or temple can contain the creator, but there is a house that he has chosen and consecrated for himself. It is in this house, the house of prayer or house of worship, where his name, eyes and heart will dwell forever. It is here where his glory dwells, as said by King david:

"Lord, I love the Temple where you live, where your glory is." Ps. 26:8

Another attack is that for them, it would have been better for the church to course her resources to the improvement of the livelihood of her members, or just donate it for the charity rather than spend them on building houses of worship.

The reason some people think this way is that they believe that serving God can be performed anywhere a person chooses. They suppose that the construction of houses of worship is a thing of the past since they claim that christ and the apostles neither built nor commanded the building of these during their ministry.

"Don't worship the Lord your God that way, but look for the place the Lord your God will choose—a place among your tribes where he is to be worshiped. Go there,...Be careful that you don't sacrifice your burnt offerings just anywhere you please. Offer them only in the place the Lord will choose. He will choose a place in one of your tribes, and there you must do everything I am commanding you." Deut. 12:45, 13:14

God's commandments that Moses taught were very precise. God should be worshiped in the way and in the place he chose. This proves that services to God should not be performed anywhere a person chooses. That's why God instructed his early nation to make a sanctuary or tabernacle for him (Exod. 25:8-9). The Tabernacle that God commanded his nation to make is the place where God promised to dwell. It is not his nature or being that dwells in the house of worship for, as testified by King Solomon, neither heaven nor the heaven of heavens can contain God
(I kings 8:27). What dwells in the house of worship is God's name (I kings 8:27-29) and glory (Ps. 26:8). Thus, the house of worship is properly called the house of God (I Chr. 28:6, Isa. 2:3, Luke 2:49).
