"Ipaglaban mo nang puspusan ang pananampalataya. Panghawakan mong mabuti ang buhay na walang hanggan, dahil diyan ka tinawag ng Diyos nang ipahayag mo sa harap ng maraming saksi ang iyong pananalig kay Cristo." I Tim. 6:12

"The true church is called the Iglesia ni Cristo" said Catholicdefender2000

Wow! Im amazed how Catholicdefender2000 stated facts from his blog for the very FIRST TIME! Thank you for recognizing "Iglesia ni Cristo" as the true church and thank you also for saying the Catholic Church is a false church!^^

Whatever your purpose on creating your article, its your problem, not mine. I just want to comment on the last part of your statement, you said: "Will you join the "False Church" founded by Jesus Christ in 33 A.D. or the "True Church of Christ" founded by Felix Manalo in the Philppines in 1914 A.D?"

Our Lord Jesus Christ did not established a false church, as a Christian, why do you accuse Christ that he established a false one? Why? What he had established is HIS ONE AND ONLY TRUE CHURCH, which he will save in the day of judgment. His church is called "Church of Christ" which apostatized but because of the love of God, he sent messenger, an instrument on restoring Christ's church which is the Iglesia ni Cristo, Church of Christ.

Here is the link of his blog that titled "The true church called the Iglesia ni Cristo vs. False church called the Catholic Church"

Let me quote some facts that he said:

"This False Church is present in all the 6 continents for the past 2 millennium composing of 1.1 BILLION people, 1/6 of World's total population, from different language, race, and cultures but UNITED under the leadership of the Successor of St. Peter the Apostle, the False Church of Rome."

"The False Church also is being recognized by all countries and has established diplomatic ties with major states and cities around the world. The leader of this False Church, the Pope is always welcomed with honor in every country he visits..."

"There are parishes of the False Church in any place in the World. In the Middle East, only the False Church is being recognized by Muslim Kingdoms..."

"The False Church has old church buildings which were built century years ago while the "True Church of Christ" has recent modern houses of worships built in uniformity. How is that?"

"The False Church names its structures and buildings to CHRISTIAN HEROES..."

This FALSE CHURCH, which Catholicdefender2000 said only proves the prophecy given unto her is TRUE:

"And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth." Rev. 17:1-5

The MOTHER OF HARLOTS is said to be UNIVERSAL, that "sitteth upon many waters":

"Then the angel said to me, “You saw the waters where the prostitute sits. These waters are the many peoples, the different races, nations, and languages in the world." Rev. 17:15

“… The Church is called Roman Catholic because its chief ruler is the lawful bishop of Rome…” “The word ‘Catholic’ means ‘universal’ or ‘extending all over the world’” Catholic Catechism, Part II

New American bible said that the Babylon is the code name for “Rome” (I pet. 5:13, footnote):

[13] The chosen one: feminine, referring to the Christian community (ekklesia) at Babylon, the code name for Rome in ⇒ Rev 14:8; ⇒ 17:5; ⇒ 18:2. Mark, my son: traditionally a prominent disciple of Peter and co-worker at the church in Rome, perhaps the John Mark referred to in ⇒ Acts 12:12, ⇒ 25; ⇒ 13:5, ⇒ 13; and in ⇒ Acts 15:37-39, a companion of Barnabas. Perhaps this is the same Mark mentioned as Barnabas's cousin in ⇒ Col 4:10, a co-worker with Paul in ⇒ Philippians 1:24 (see also ⇒ 2 Tim 4:11). source: vatican.va

Dont worry Catholicdefender2000, this FALSE CHURCH, which you referred as the Catholic Church is going to be vanished soon!

"And he called out with a mighty voice, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast." Revelation 18:2

"They will stand far off, in fear of her torment, and say, “Alas! Alas! You great city, you mighty city, Babylon! For in a single hour your judgment has come.” Revelation 18:10

Is there anything as "TRUE CHURCH"?

I found an interesting argument by Eli Soriano when ive watched an episode in his tv program "Itanong mo kay Soriano", he said that it is unbiblical when you say your church is the true church, because it is not mentioned in the bible about TRUE CHURCH, only church, not TRUE Church, meaning to say the ministers violate god's teachings about "adding and subtracting words in the bible".
Is it true?
In the first place, YES. you cannot find any phrase in the bible that says "true church", but why is it that INC still saying they are the true church of Christ?
A nonmember asks:

IM SORRY, but I beg to disagree with one of your ministers who, in the Bible exposition I attended, kept on mentioning the phrase “true Church.” “True Church” does not appear in the Holy Bible, so it is better not to add “true” to the word “church,” lest be punished by the Lord (Rev. 22:18-19).
Believing that Jesus is the Christ is sufficient for a person to be a member of His body or Church (Matt. 16:16-19; I John 5:1; John 20:31; I John 2:21-25). Many religions, especially the various Protestant and ‘born-again’ denominations, preach that Jesus is the Christ, so all of them are His “called out” (translated “church”).

In stressing an important point in our discourse, like the one you heard, we do make use of the phrase “true Church.” Usually, the qualifier “true” is used in the context that today, unlike during Christ’s ministry on earth, many false religions introduce themselves as Christ’s Church.
Hence, to distinguish the Church that belongs to Christ from those which only claim as such, we use the phrase “true Church.” This is not adding to the Scriptures but only serves to magnify the biblical truth as we relate it to the present situation. Christ Himself made mention of “true worshipers” (John 4:23) as opposed to those who are not (Matt. 15:9).
What actually is a gross twisting of the Scriptures is the statement that “believing that Jesus is the Christ is sufficient to be a member of His body or Church.” While the verses you enumerated (Matt. 16:16-19; I John 5:1; John 20:31; I John 2:21-25) do teach the importance of “believing that Jesus is the Christ,” neither one of them states that it is “sufficient” to become part of Christ’s body.
In John 8:31, Jesus Himself
“said to those Jews who believed in Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed”.
Jesus here was talking not to people who have no faith in Him but to those “who believed in Him.” Hence, He taught them the condition they should meet for them to be His disciples: “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.” Therefore, one cannot be Christ’s disciple or a member of His Church by simply believing in or professing faith in Him – he should also obey Christ’s words or commands. One of Christ’s commands is to enter His fold.
In John 10:9, the Savior pronounced,
“I am the door; anyone who comes into the fold through me will be safe” (Revised English Bible).
The fold or flock that is referred to, according to Apostle Paul, is the Church of Christ (Acts 20:28, Lamsa Translation). Therefore, only those who have joined Christ fold by listening to the Gospel as preached by God’s messengers (Mark 16:15; Rom. 10:15), believing in them (Mark 16:16), and receiving baptism into one body (Mark 16:16; I Cor. 12:13) are the true members of the Church of Christ (Col. 1:18; Acts 20:28, Lamsa Translation).
The Church is called the body of Christ (Col. 1:18). There are not many bodies or churches of Christ but only one. This truth emanates from the fact that Christ founded only one Church (Matt. 16:18). Therefore, the true believers in Christ are not found in many different religious organizations for they are baptized into just one body (I Cor. 12:13) or Church which, as described by the Holy Scriptures, is professing “one faith” (Eph. 4:4-6). As various Christian-professing religious groups nowadays espouse opposing sets of doctrines and practices, it would be unbiblical and illogical to believe that they all compose the true Church of Christ.
Conclusively, one should listen to the words of God from His messengers (Rom. 10:15), believe in them, and be baptized in order to be saved. In being baptized, he joins the Church where those called by God are gathered together (I Cor. 12:13; Col. 3:15). But, as he enters the Church, he can only be assured of salvation if he would remain in the Church, faithful to the commandments of God, that is, leading a righteous life based on the teachings of the Bible (II Cor. 5:17; II Tim. 3:15-17) and endure until the end (Matt. 24:13).
These biblical teachings prove, among others, that merely believing in Christ does not make a person a member of Christ’s body or Church, much less become worthy of salvation. The Savior Himself declared:

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” (Matt. 7:21, NKJV)

Another, about the phrase "true church", why INC is calling itself true church? it is because there are so many churches numbering thousands and thousands because of the Protestant system, and also false prophets saying they are Christ's Church, so how can people determine Christ's true church if example, a total of 5000 different churches claiming that they are Christ's church?

Of course, among those, one will stand out by saying the truth, how? you can see it on the doctrines and teachings. Not because one said, we are in the true church, means it is true. Examine those and you can see what church really is the TRUE CHURCH! the word TRUE CHURCH is only to distinguish and others to let them know what really is it.

Especially the Iglesia ni Cristo have doctrines that really prove that this church is the real church of Christ, it is in our faith and so we fully believe that this is the true church that doesnt have a teachings that is CONTRARY and against the will of God.

So, we are inviting you to EXAMINE THE DOCTRINES AND TEACHINGS OF THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO, after hearing lessons about it, then judge if what were saying is true! You need a call from God, how can you hear words of God if you are close minded? you cannot receive the Holy Spirit if that's the case, so be OPEN MINDED!
